Fun Fitness Program:

This program provides a fun and unique way to meet weight loss, fitness, and health goals. The class is designed so that people of differing ability levels, regardless of martial arts experience, can focus on their fitness needs.

MuSool MMA Program:

In this class we give students the opportunity to combine their knowledge of the martial arts. We integrate learning from all areas to safely practice this up-and-coming new sport.
